Sadly, I haven't done much writing and blogging this year, as my newsletters generally take up most of my time. However, I did write a couple of JavaScript-related articles for WPShout (formerly CodeinWP):

The first one is a decent comparison of the popular build tools used today. Some of that info may be out of date now, but the article has been updated once since first being published.

The other article is a comprehensive introduction to JavaScript modules that you'll definitely enjoy if ES Modules are a new concept to you.
